High end homes in my neck of the woods are moving more slowly now. I suspect there are a fair number of people who are in over their heads on their $1,000,000 "dream home."

Come on Gloopie.... come drink the Kool Aid in California. I know of some really nice real estate properties in Silicon Valley and along the Newport Coast that look absolutely bubbly.

It's only money and you can't take it with you.
