Wright and Cuoello... of course they are both making 6 figures now. Doubt it. If there not well into 7 figures, they're utter failures by Washington power broker standards.

Re: "Sure hope he (Daschle) keeps talking. If he keeps it up, the backstabbing little chump will talk his way right out of the majority -- maybe out of Congress."

Rolly: Speaking of backstabbing, did you catch this item in the online Wall Street Journal today? Looks like a Republican right-wing rage attack ad in S.D. Senate race might backfire on the Grand Ol' Party:

"Firing back after GOP television ads attacked South Dakota Democratic Sen. Tim Johnson as soft on defense in wartime, Democrats' Senate campaign committee buys airtime for a new spot extolling his son, who is in Afghanistan following stints in Kosovo and South Korea. The ad follows debate inside the Johnson camp: his wife, especially, feared for her son's safety.

Among those urging Johnson to go public was his fellow Dakota Democrat, Daschle. The Senate leader predicts a state record $14 million will be spent on the race between Johnson and GOP Rep. John Thune, a top priority of both parties."
