Ongoing dilution. I get 2% average over the next six years.

Looking in the 10-K option grant in FY 2000 was in the 2% range. Other effects (stock purchase plan, pension...) piddly inconsequential amounts recently.

Another cut: Approximately 14% outstanding with an average life remaining of just over 6 years. Cancelation rate of 0.3% (which is a bit lower than historical average, but job jumping and early retirement of new quillionaires may slow a bit with the current stock price) over six years gives about 12%... that's 2% per year.

John.
