In the Northeast we have had a relatively mild winter (warmest in something like 60 years) so ng stocks have not come down as in past years.

The flip side is if it stays this was and is a warm summer the ng is used by the utilities. Add in ME troubles for late summer (hey who would want to start a desert conflict in the summer) with a mild recovery and maybe these are the OSX fundamentals.
