I Did Not Mean To Imply That At All A nimble player can do quite well with good money management and the ability to see what is happening in the present. One of the biggest mistakes I've seen traders make is base their trades more on what they think is going to happen, rather than what is happening. I think this story is relevant to the issue of Deep Pockets and us. Two hikers found themselves being chased by a bear. One of them started running, the other sat down and changed his hiking boots to running shoes. The hiker who had just started running yelled back over his shoulder "why are you wasting time changing into running shoes, you can't outrun a bear even in those?". To which the other replied, "I don't have to out run the bear, I only have to out run you".
