You just don't get it.

Clinton lied under oath and submitted false affidavits in a civil suit brought by another citizen where he was required to answer questions posed to him truthfully under oath. This is called perjury. The civil suit concerned his sexual misconduct with the citizen, Ms. Jones. He then continued to lie to a federal grand jury and the IC compounding a problem he already made for himself. The IC was tipped off about the false testimony and authorized by Clitnon's own AG to investigate the matter. Those are the FACTS. Notice, I included no irrelevant hypotheticals about you. I am speaking solely of what actually transpired. It was an egregious breach of his oath of office which he further compounded by obstructing justice, tampering with witnesses, misuing the power of his office to cover his sorry lying butt, etc...

I'm pissed because he felt himself above the law, in fact above a law he signed into effect which governs the rest of us mere mortals. There is no rational way to minimize this misconduct. It goes the very heart of what the rule of law is all about.....

I am quite sorry you seem unable to grasp that.

Clinton signed the law permitting a wide latitude of discovery in sexual harassment cases. He basically ratified the relevance of the questions he was asked........
