I would agree with you whole heartedly about changing the law that was implicated. It was ill advised in the first place. But the fact is it was and remains the law and we are all subject to the law, even Bubba.... JLA

This federal discovery rule was championed by liberal women's groups and is particularly important in workplace sexual harassment complaints.
