The plan to create an all-powerful central government, is by: (a) get rid of Freedom of Information Act and destroy as much incriminating evidence as possible (b) remove any threats of judicial review by controlling the supreme court and federal judges, who control cases and can refuse to admit evidence. (c) raid the surplus, run up the debt, transfer funds to military contractors within interlocked BODs (very little to personnel, it's mostly transfer of dollars to contractors), and keep the generals on your side. (d) control the media with the "Mighty Wurlitzer" and increase concentration of ownership. Pay them off with media dollars from contributions from (c) above and other corp interests slid into offshore havens. (e) start control of the internet with Carnivore/Magic Lantern ver. 2.0 to maintain electronic lists of dissenters, in case you need them for (f) below: (f) eliminate habeas corpus and introduce laws allowing secret search, siezure, trial, and execution, if necessary. Now, you're all set. You can make deals overseas, using the military threat of "worldwide terrorism retribution" (Gee! I see one! It's right there in your oil field! We'll have to fix it - if not, well, you see what can happen) in any oil-rich region you choose. You also keep an eye on things by borrowing foreigners to spy on US citizens. Now you have securities market information in advance, so you profit on moves up or down. Also, of course, you pay off everyone necessary, crank up the media engine, and repeat for the next several elections. The beauty part is hiring legions of think-tanks to create the rationale for all your actions, which feeds the Wurlitzer to persuade and divide the populace to fight among themselves, and continue to tithe $2 trillion per year.
