You are allowed one buy and one sell for the month of March, at any time during the month. Or you can just sit in cash.

The stops really do work, just ask the guys who got stopped out of BI-t, AXO-t, IW-t, GTG.b-t. At least those entrants who got stopped out are still in the game.
