HWP Mar 20s now at 5084... up significantly in a short while... my WAG is that ISS is NOT in favor or the buy out and "somebody" is jumping on the bandwagon anticipating that HWP will bounce up. Why say this? Isn't it a typical pattern for the buying company to drop at the prospect of actually doing the buying? This is consistent with the huge number of CPQ Calls traded yesterday.

Spread narrowing now. CPQ up .30, HWP up .12.
i'm wondering if ISS would release their findings aftyer the bell tonite or if the deal would get y.S. approval tonite.
Friday after close would be a good time to let the news settle in without roiling the trading waters.
