You may not want to get involved this much but this thread has a pretty decent handle on market moves. They do trade some biotechs.

What a question for a day where biotech slept and the
Nasdaq vaults 4%. My biotechs have an average value
of 2x cash, and overall, they declined a tad today.
Demoralizing.
