Well, to the extent that the Dow and the S&P tend to move in the same direction, ajtj99. So if one (the S&P) reverses, the other (the Dow) does, too.

But history doesn't always repeat itself. And the market can go higher when the CI's are overbought -- even when they're at 100. So there might be a reversal and there might not. The future remains unpredictable, except with alethiometers, which I'm planning to sell to subscribers before long. I'll give costly seminars on how to read them, too.
