I think the vix can muddle around for months actually. I have lost a lot of faith in some of these indicators including max pain. I think market psychology now becomes the key. Measuring that is difficult and sometimes you have to add up all the evidence and make a calculated decision which way your going to play it. I've committed 110% and hope I'm right.
