Cash cows ain't there! IT budget is small and limited due to recession. From what I've gathered, I see many companies in high debts and in this tight credit environment, that's troubles. Look at Qwest debts. They couldn't even placed commercial paper and had to drawn down credit line. Same with CA. This way they have to pay much higher interest expense and bad for bottom line.
