More color on the earnings concerns that have weighed on ORCL shares this afternoon. Merrill
Lynch thinks weakness in the stock today could reflect the usual post qtr concerns as co enters its
quiet period. Based on Merrill's info to date, thinks co achieved firm's estimates for the qtr.
However, firm doesn't think there is a lot of potential upside. Merrill more concerned about the
MayQ, and thinks concerns about co guidance for MayQ could limit potential upside in the stock.

Traders saying that Dow Jones running headline indicating that Merrill Lynch is cautious on
ORCL's Q3 and Q4.
