KLP,

Re: Seems to be a general hatred of business throughout the ramblings....and yet no acknowledgement about where money for the workers comes from....

I ran a successful construction business for over two decades. Your comment that I loathe "business" is mere sophistry and Orwellian double speak. I've been speaking out against criminals like Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling passing themselves off as "business innovators" when in reality they were little more than con men.

FYI, as to where the money for the worker comes from, it has never, ever flowed from the pocketbook of the boss. It flows from the sun powering cropland, it flows from abundant energy sources. Have you ever thought about the fact that about 90% of the cost of a bushel of corn from Iowa is diesel, and the same can be said about concrete?

The money comes from natural resources, innovation in technologies and the hard work of employees and contractors across this land.

Then it gets concentrated in the hands of a parasitic class of opportunists called corporate chieftains and is shoveled off-shore into tax scamming bank accounts.

That's where the money comes from, and where it goes, boiled down to the essence.

Cheers, Ray
