NV: Sure it can lower but who cares. Look this VIX print is the lowest since July 01 and the lowest this year. With the exception of the Dow, are all the major averages down for the year? Yep. So by the time we get to VIX 5, I expect we will be at new lows <g>. Low Vix reads have come at end of month and beginning of new month. Same old story at work here. Mark them up for the fresh meat.
