I think I missed the boat somewhere when the US went to a "it's best not to be in debt" to the "it's best not to have any equity" atmosphere. I am going to end up paying a lot of cold-hard-earned cash out of pocket to pay for my sins of falling behind the 95% in debt Joneses.
