Hewlett-Packard's McKinney: Compaq Integration Plans

Palo Alto, California, March 1, 2002 (Bloomberg) -- Webb McKinney, general manager of the business PC group at Hewlett-Packard Co., talks with Anthony Effinger and Bloomberg's Cesca Antonelli about the company's proposed $21.6 billion acquisition of rival Compaq Computer Corp., and progress on integration plans.
