That comment was a little tounge in cheek. I can state in the mid 80's I had those code sections and regs down cold (not transfer pricing, that came later) and was able to cite them off the top of my head. Actually a few IRS examiners of the Houston Office can verify that comment but unfortunately I do forget their names. They did concede on all the foreign tax issues.

I don't have the time to point out the inaccuracies of the article you posted (maybe this weekend). It seems she had an agenda from the get go and let that cloud her checking the facts.

AA, no they recruited and offered me a position back in 96 time frame. What you see with ENE occured in Hartford with Colonial Reality & AA.

Your political views and commentary are not in keeping with this thread. SI has many political threads of which this is NOT one. Don't you think it would be more productive to post your views over there.

I normally don't mind but when your comments are inaccurate then sometimes I feel it should be commented upon or else someone might think its true.
