My chief concern is ethical, not legal. That is where you and I differ. Just because something is "not illegal" doesn't make it "right." Right? I am sure some illegalities will be proven in time. In the meantime, if it looks like sewage and smells like sewage ... it probably is sewage.

Yes, Enron is not JUST about Enron screwing workers, but that is a large part of this corporate corruption scandal. Certainly that is the area where a large number of senators and representatives are setting their sights.

Also, could you please clear up the confusion about your personal use of corporate planes? I may not have understood your earlier comment on the subject. Thanks, Coach.
