I don't think we're disagreeing, then. I think we both believe that you can, in advance and in terms not specific to a given situation, define certain behaviors which are wrong no matter what the context they take place in. We are also agreed that whether a certain specific instance falls within a box of "wrong, period" behavior you have to take the circumstances -- context, using your term -- of the conduct into account.
