page 24 of the 2002 proxy statement....on dec 21,2001 novl formed a venture fund the"FUND" novl is the general partner novl committed $15,000,000 as an ivestment and it is = to 68.25% mr. j.m. invested$182,500.00 as a limited partner also mr. linsalata $100,000 . well does novl need money from officers? or is this an "ENRON PARTNERSHIP" event? i believe novl should restrict investors to non-affilated persons or companies.
