sorry to break in on the bull fest, but ORCL tried to slip one thru late Friday.....seems someone knew all day long.... 17:14 ET ORCL guides down for Q3 (ORCL) 15.99 -0.63: Company guides down for Q3 earnings $0.09 vs. Multex consensus of $0.10, cites slow down in Asia.

Today's chart very much reminded me of the top in December. Just a long, drawn out curve upward. No spikes up or down. Volume was low, VIX and VXN very low. We may get a head-fake up here before we go back down to do a better test of the 1700 level. I still don't like the way that low was resolved last Friday. Dow may get to 10,500 before reversing back down for a re-trace. The key is the NYA. That index will tell us what's happening in the Dow and SPX. Right now the Nasdaq may be in the tail end of sector rotation and may benefit when it switches back the other way (from non-tech to tech).
