a buddy was talking to me about this new bill that might open up broadband to the baby bells -- might bring on a new wave of investment -- made me laugh out loud ... It's all overbuilt, over-rated and there aren't any services that anyone wants to spend an extra 20 -40 a month on. How hard is it to understand the term GLUT?? Got squeezed on the semi equips -- I hope the bulls had fun. Cap ex is not coming back. Period. We haven't even started the process of liquidation -- a few bankruptcies, but for the most part we are still papering over the huge malinvestments -- we'll get started in earnest by the fall or end of the year.
