"Glenn, why are the insiders selling? Amzn closed at 15.39 today.
Insiders at Amazon.com continue to dump stock."

Clearly there were a lot of buyers for Amazon's stock to go up. I am still trying to figure out who that is. eBay is literally tearing Amazon up with their "Buy it Now", eBay stores and half.com. eBays sell through is way up and most of that growth is not coming from traditional auctions but is coming from fixt priced stores. Many are large chain names too.

I suspect you will see a very weak quarter for Amazon this week. I have no statistic to back that up. eBay is doing way too well for Amazon to have a good quarter in my opinion and it is in the area where Amazon's major strength was.

It is possible Tom and Jeff know something about the business this quarter. What do you think?
