Not sure how much time fits into his work, but his timeframe is likely within the current intermediate to long-term trend, i.e., off the September 21 lows. Maybe a year or two max.

He doesn't think it's likely either, but that's what the numbers say.

Someone's probably willing to give you 3-1 odds now, given how cheap puts are. ;-)
