There must be some mis-communication here. My understanding of your earlier post is that you were criticizing corporations for engaging in purely legal activities -- incorporating or re-incorporating in Bermuda -- to lower their taxes. Companies like Loral, Global Crossing, Globalstar, Tyco, and others have done so. No one is suggesting that is illegal, are they? I pointed out that people move to Florida or Nevada for tax purposes. No one is suggesting that is illegal, are they? Why does that make either them, or me for pointing it out, unpatriotic or bad?
