Weren't they supposed to announce a partner late in 2001? Apparently, they're having a problem working something suitable out. Sentence suggests they may go it alone.
Not strange but not what they've been saying.
All in all, they need more clarity to their numbers and less public statements about what they're going to do until it happens.

No Elan's been talkin and hemin about finding a imminent marketing partner for Frova over last 6 months. I do not believe them anymore.
