That is exactly what it did in the mini rallies post the high on May 22 2001, thus circumspect... I remember very well that period because it was another time were I was given a lot of "grief" over my claim that May 22, was the high, and that we go back to revisit the early April lows. Every time we zagged up during that decline, Steve's thread was full with ITYS (g), and my screen showed an excessive amount of "ignored" posts (vbg). Zeev
