dps - supply and demand. If the economy is indeed recovering so will the market and so will the demand for stocks.

There are plrently of customers who have been scared while the economy was contracting and as we are approaching a bulge (I think we all know that the word "Bubble" is used in a particualrly insidious way) in potential retirees who will preusmably wish to retire other than in penury and they will be customers.

So who konws the only value in anything is the price dictated by a market and so we will have to see. That combined with the absence of massive hedge fund shorting should provide quite a significant upward movement inthe market.

As for how much well certainly back above 3,500. As for anything above that lets see how strong the recovery is and how quickly the buyers return.

Best,

L
