believe that we have not yet had the recession (we had a single quarter of negative growth in GDP, the third Q of 2001), and the real recession late this year or early next year, has not been discounted yet by the market.

ZH - Simple. I have absolutely no doub that AG and his colleagues targeted the NAZ.

They scared the investment community stiff with talk of "Drum tight labor markets" and " rising inflation" and overheated and "impossible to maintain".

Truns out that the US GDP numbers have been overstated by at least 1%pa for the last couple of years and the Fed govenors carried on regardless.

Time after time last year and the year beofre I heard Fed Govenors leaking liquid fear to whack the NAZ. Well they did it and they collapsed the entire world economy and its taken some time to get it back on track.

I think Sep also gave Mr G a bit of a shock and cuased him to realize that the US can't fight terrorism if its economy is flat on its back and he will do what is necessary to right it.

Best,

L
