Let's really talk about repeat customers and word of mouth. eBay provies a point for a positive feedback for a customer that has not left you feedback in the bast. This means that repeat customer adds to the number of feedbacks but not the total rating. Please look at this number for eBay auctions only and we started just last May. Overall profile makeup 3339 positives. 2514 are from unique users and count toward the final rating. We have repeat customers of 825 out of 2514 total unique customers. This means 33% of all sales on eBay auctions are coming from repeat customers. Imagine the percentage of repeat when we have been on eBay just one year. The consumer does not have a need to buy jewelry monthly.
