Oracle news is going to be the key for this market (am short on it). If the news is ignored and Oracle does not break below $14, the markets could keep rallying...or... It might actually make people avoid technology and go still with other cyclicals.

Well, I am still somewhat bullish on cyclicals (fundamnetal basis) but wonder what happens if Dow goes to 10500. Still negative on techs with the odd exception (like Intel). Will change my mind if Oracle warning is acceptable to investors...have seen this sort of thing happen before. Also watch Microsoft..had some negative news on it and should get more as we get closer to earnings....zero growth for this company, imho. It is also holding up the Nasdaq.
