For the SOX this week there were 2 upgrades, NVLS and XLNX. This raises the monthly total to 21 upgrades and 1 downgrade. Adding Jan and Feb together gives 46 upgrades and 5 downgrades. Again, much different than the prior 7 months of 48 upgrades and 62 downgrades.
