Civil engineering business seems to be picking up

In the USA too

I've watching a micro disaster happen in my neck of the woods, a sewer collapsed, and we live on the side of a hill with reservoir runoff from up the hill. It rains a lot round here this time of year... It took months for anyone to take real notice no matter how many officials I told, an it didn't even effect me directly. In these cases a stitch in time saves nine. Well they have plenty of business now.

I don't give a chit as I don't pay local taxes anymore... being unemployed an all. F**k em.

Multiply that by Europe and the USA.

Edit: And bang em down again on the bounce
