March often begins with a bang.. then falters
siliconinvestor.com
the differences between this year and previous is the amount of compression caused by WTC and tech Bubble collapse convergence. Just hearing that order rates have hit inventory resupplying mode has sent markets into a tizzy.

Enron may have put the fear of House embarassment into accountants across the country.. but investors won't shy from jumping on ill gotten gains. If money starts piling into the market caution will take a back seat. However, volume is lacking conviction.. and technical trading (prices jumping to TA rest stops) dominate charts.
