CBS polls? Have they asked Americans how they feel about a greater than 10% vacancy in the federal judges and that Leahy is not going to allow any Bush nominations to go to the Senate floor for a vote? Doubt it. Why doesn't CBS do a poll on whether or not the Democrats are trying to cripple the judiciary in the United States?
