There were mandatory signature blocks on several of the partnership agreements and uniformly Skilling's signature was not there. As if he was devious enough to try to weasel out of culpability by this ruse. Now, he can fool a few folks, and perhaps can buy off a ringer on a jury to hang it. But any reasonable person can see his culpability. He has set up a nice "beyond a shadow of a doubt" straw man argument however. He's a sly one.
