Thank you very much, Karen. Even thought you have already gotten several compliments already, I would like to return the favor and say something nice about you as well. You are always polite also you help make other people around you more polite without being annoying about it. There is a certain skill required to do that. And it means that not only do you improve the conversation directly through what you say but you also exert a subtle influence that helps improve the rest of the conversation. (Of course sometimes its a hopeless cause but we won't dwell on that on this thread...) Tim
