The economy is a service economy it is guerilla warfare where new rules and techniques are needed to market oneself. Prospective new employees need to find a niche recognize their strengths, accentuate them and sell the employer and how and why they can make a difference to the bottom line to that company. Unfortunately, it is not always what you know but who you know that can make a difference in speeding up the re-employment loop. I hope they find work soon. Best Regards, J.T.
