Whenever the cyclicals run, I always smell distribution.
They run them up as they sell all their others, it's a smoke and mirrors thing IMO <g>

And what's truly hilarious is every time cnbc gets excited (as they have been lately) about the cyclicals "confirming" a rally, we are usually very near a short term top.

They use those to keep the market "looking" healthy while all the big caps - the stocks everyone wants to own -slowly sell off. MSFT, IBM and so many others that have been under major distribution lately...

And some of the DOW and NYSE stocks that have been SO strong, are looking a little toppy and wedgy in their long term charts. Like JNJ, NVR (!) and UNH...
