Nasdaq Outlook:
While I don't claim to-the-day accuracy, I am expecting one more sell-off in the coming weeks based on:
A. A trough in Long-Term Nasdaq Market Expectations (1.5 to 2.5 month lead) at the start of February, with little recovery since then.
B. Fairly high trader bullishness based on Jake Bernstein's data.
I sold my final Nasdaq position at the close on Friday. Still have a 25% position in Fidelity Magellan, which has low Tech exposure. Am 75% cash.
