BOE just finished their 5 year liquidation program. -g- the xau looks like it wants to make another move up out of this flag. the cyclicals bottomed in october 00, as did the xau. while sept 11th, gave the gold stocks a boost and the cyclicals a crash, there is no evidence that the gold stocks have to run against the market, they may be part of a cyclical industry move up, the xau has a huge base from late 97 and the volume coming into the issues on the latest rise indicates accumulation.
