Nasdaq Underperformance: In early Feb, I forecast that the Nasdaq would go down while the S&P and Dow went sideways to up. A couple of posters said it couldn't happen because of the Tech components in the S&P and DJIA, yet it has. That pattern of poor Nasdaq relative performance will continue because major Market trends are preceded by changes in long term Market expectations. Although Info Tech/Nasdaq long term Market Expectations have gotten less negative in the past few weeks, they,re still not improving relative to the long term general Stock Market Expectations. Let's wait and see.
