Not to give free baby formula out to lactating women whose milk will quickly dry up.

If that didn't happen, the question of giving it out free to all those hungry babies sucking on dry breasts wouldn't arise.

What to do? A hard question. Some companies stopped doing it when there were boycotts of protest in various countries. The bright light of public scrutiny sometimes helps in such situations.
