interesting comment about Russia, there is a column in Forbes this week that echoes that kind of thinking, that a couple of years ago rumbling in relatively small economies (russia, indonesia, etc.) freaked the mkt out, but now, rumbling in major economies does not seem to be of much concern...

greenlaw4-7, RE "Anyone believe OSX and CRUDE is ahead of itself?" Probably not. My chart work shows VIX VXN could hit very low levels before putting in a bottom, VIX well into teens. Believe I posted awhile back that DOW could get well into 10K before pulling back. Possible targets now upgraded 10.5K even 11K, although I'm not going to assign any probability to that. It doesn't have to make sense, it just has to work and if not, that's what stops are for, ggg. Best, Roebear
