Depends at what point exactly you call it 'discovery' - they had pulled apparently economic core in the 21A area, in the end this turned out not to be the 'main zone' but was at that time ... Liz is right about the prospector and Kerrisdale i think [which does point up the fact that discovery is a process not an event, imho - it has within it whoopeee events for sure, but they are 'standing on the shoulders of giants'] ... the deposit was just not that exciting at that point though, before that long intersection on 21B ... was it 650 ft of 1.6oz/t? - wooo, compute that in gramme-metres .... there's a timeline of events here, starting about one-fifth to one-quarter of the way down the page - lexum.umontreal.ca

'July 28, 1989While on vacation, Idziszek is advised that visible gold has been discovered in hole 109. He immediately phones the respondent Ivany to advise him of the discovery. He then calls Mallo who informs him of the results of the chip sample assays for hole 109.'

'August 16, 1989The final total gold assays for hole 109 arrive at Prime Explorations in the afternoon.'

Claude, i can't think of a better ambassador for resources, quite fitting you are the only one from the ghetto to appear on the most bookmarked ... i've had you bookmarked for years, you were one of the first ... salut
