finance.yahoo.com^N225&d=t N225 up 0ver 600 points,5.9% tonight. i had heard rumors that Japan was going to use one trillion dollars to support stock market,and think this has been the case. but this comment says a lot <<Market players said Tokyo shares may gain more ground by the end of the business year on March 31 helped in part by stringent regulations on short-selling. However they expect any gains to give way to selling in the new year.

``This (rise) seems to have wiped off chances of an imminent public fund injection into banks,''
said Hirokazu Yuihama, senior strategist at Daiwa Institute of Research.

``But the market doesn't believe banks can resolve bad-loan problems with their capital adequacy ratios intact... Stocks will return to a downtrend from spring onward, pointing the way to a possible injection of taxpayers' money.''>>
