Maurice, the Japanese market was reacting to a get tough attitude by the Japanese government on short sellers. Since new financial rules go into effect the end of this month, the government is trying to minimize damage to Japanese banks by taking action that will help stabilize stock prices. While this is good news, it doesn't necessarily signal a turnaround in Japanese stocks, and I doubt the Greenspan is interested in RAISING U.S. interest rates at a time when steel imports into the U.S. are creating even more havoc.

Now, to get to the main question I have, I'm wondering what your thinking is on Globalstar, and whether you believe that Vodafone still has a lock on the gateways. If so, then I think that this is truly an impediment to any successful implementation of QUALCOMM's aircraft safety monitoring systmem, which is designed to communicate via Globalstar. Do you have any thoughts on this?
